Back Pro 能做什么？
Back Pro 帮助你为手机背板/背贴创建设计：选择机型 → 在画布上添加图片、文字、Emoji 与画笔 → 实时预览效果 → 导出 PNG 或 PDF 用于打印。Back Pro 当前面向 iPhone（iOS），不需要注册账号。
导出与打印
如何导出打印文件？
在编辑器完成设计后进入导出页，选择相纸尺寸（或使用「自定义相纸」），然后选择导出格式：PNG 会保存到系统「照片」；PDF 会通过 iOS 文件选择器让你选择保存位置。导出前可先预览效果。
打印出来尺寸不对怎么办？
导出文件按背板真实毫米尺寸生成（导出页会显示如「1:1 比例」）。若打印结果偏大或偏小，通常是打印机缩放设置导致。请在打印对话框中将缩放设为「实际大小 / 100%」，不要选择「适合页面」或「缩放以适合」。不同背贴材料可能有轻微热缩，建议先打一张试贴确认。
应该用 PDF 还是 PNG 打印？
推荐 PDF：保留矢量裁切线，打印尺寸更稳定。PNG 适合保存到相册或数字分享；若用 PNG 打印，同样需要在打印设置中选择 100% 缩放。
「按真实尺寸打印」怎么用？
导出页底部有「按真实尺寸打印」按钮，可直接拉起 iOS 系统打印面板。该功能会生成与当前相纸设置一致的真实尺寸 PDF。打开打印设置后，仍请确认缩放为「实际大小 / 100%」。
如何选择相纸尺寸和裁切辅助线？
可选 6 寸、5 寸、A4 或「自定义相纸」；背板会按真实毫米居中排在相纸上，自定义相纸不能小于背板尺寸。「裁切辅助」会在背板外侧添加四角裁切标记，不改变背板尺寸；需相纸留白至少 4mm，否则 App 会提示无法开启。
导出失败或无法保存到照片怎么办？
可稍后重试，或改用另一种格式导出（例如 PDF 失败时尝试 PNG）。若 PNG 无法保存到「照片」，请前往 iOS「设置 → Back Pro → 照片」，允许「添加照片」权限。
机型与画布
我的机型不在列表里怎么办？
在首页「自定义机型」中输入背板毫米尺寸并保存。长按自定义机型卡片可管理或删除。若已知背板宽高，即使官方目录尚未收录，也可直接开始设计。
自定义机型有哪些尺寸限制？
背板宽高需大于 0mm 且不超过 200×300mm；背板圆角 0–50mm 且不超过短边一半。机身尺寸会自动补齐，也可手动调整，需保证背板完整落在机身轮廓内。详细规则见 App 内新增机型表单提示。
我的设计
「我的设计」存在哪里？如何删除？
所有设计保存在你的 iPhone 本地，不会上传到 Back Pro 服务器。你可以在首页进入「我的设计」查看、恢复或删除。删除自定义机型时，App 会提示并清理关联的设计记录与图片资产。
卸载 App 后设计还在吗？
不在。卸载会清除本地 App 数据。重要设计请先导出 PNG/PDF 备份，或保留在「我的设计」中且不要卸载 App。
AI 贴纸
AI 贴纸怎么用？
在编辑器底部选择「AI 贴纸」→「从照片生成 AI 贴纸」→ 选择照片。主体识别与抠图在 iPhone 本地完成，生成后可添加到画布并保存在「我的贴纸」中复用。
AI 贴纸提示「设备不支持」怎么办？
部分旧款或特定设备可能不支持设备端 AI 抠图。你仍可使用相册图片、文字图层、Emoji 贴纸与画笔继续完成设计，不影响其他编辑与导出功能。
提示「没有识别到清晰主体」怎么办？
请换一张主体更清楚、背景更干净的照片重试。取消选择、处理失败或未识别到主体不会扣减免费 AI 次数。
免费 AI 次数用完了怎么办？
免费版包含 3 次成功的 AI 贴纸生成。次数用完后，可购买 Back Pro 终身版（com.richeng.backpro.lifetime）解锁不限次数，或继续使用图片、文字、Emoji 等非 AI 功能；已生成的贴纸仍可复用。
AI 处理会上传我的照片吗？
不会。AI 抠图在设备本地完成，照片不会发送到 Back Pro 服务器。更多说明见隐私政策。
购买与权益
终身版是订阅吗？
不是。Back Pro 终身版是一次性买断（商品 ID：com.richeng.backpro.lifetime），没有自动续费。价格以 App Store 显示的本地化价格为准。
导出的文件为什么有水印？
免费版导出的 PNG/PDF 会在底部居中显示 Back Pro 水印。购买并解锁 Back Pro 终身版后，导出文件不再包含水印。
如何恢复购买？
打开 App → 设置 →「恢复购买」。请确保当前设备登录的 Apple ID 与购买时一致。Back Pro 终身版支持家庭共享，具体共享范围以 App Store 家庭共享规则为准。
恢复购买找不到记录怎么办？
请确认登录的是购买时使用的 Apple ID，并保持网络连接后重试。若通过家庭共享获得权益，需符合 App Store 家庭共享规则。仍无法恢复时，请邮件联系我们并附上购买凭证截图。
如何使用兑换码？
打开 App → 设置 →「兑换码」，输入 App Store 优惠兑换码即可解锁 Back Pro 终身版。
如何申请退款？
购买、退款与账单争议由 Apple App Store 处理。请通过 Apple 官方渠道申请退款；若 Apple 撤销购买，App 可能收回相应的终身版解锁状态。

What does Back Pro do?
Back Pro helps you create phone back plate and back sticker designs: choose a device model → add images, text, emoji, and drawing on canvas → preview in real time → export PNG or PDF for printing. Back Pro currently targets iPhone (iOS) and does not require an account.
Export & Print
How do I export a print-ready file?
After finishing your design, open the export screen, choose a paper size (or use Custom Paper), then pick a format: PNG saves to the system Photos library; PDF uses the iOS file picker so you can choose where to save. You can preview before exporting.
Why is my print the wrong size?
Export files are generated at the back plate’s real millimeter size (the export screen shows something like “1:1 scale”). If the print is too large or small, it is usually caused by printer scaling. In the print dialog, set scale to “Actual Size / 100%” and avoid “Fit to Page” or similar options. Some sticker materials may shrink slightly after heating; test print one sheet before bulk production.
Should I print from PDF or PNG?
PDF is recommended: it keeps vector crop marks and tends to be more size-stable for printing. PNG is better for saving to Photos or digital sharing. If you print PNG, still choose 100% scale in printer settings.
How does “Print at Actual Size” work?
On the export screen, tap “Print at Actual Size” to open the iOS print panel. It generates a real-size PDF matching your current paper settings. After the print sheet opens, confirm scale is still set to “Actual Size / 100%”.
How do I choose paper size and crop guides?
Choose 6-inch, 5-inch, A4, or Custom Paper. The back plate is centered on the paper at real millimeter size; custom paper cannot be smaller than the back plate. “Crop guides” add corner marks outside the back plate without changing its size. They need at least 4 mm of margin; the app warns you if the paper is too small.
Export failed or I can’t save to Photos?
Try again later, or switch formats (for example, try PNG if PDF fails). If PNG cannot save to Photos, go to iOS Settings → Back Pro → Photos and allow “Add Photos Only”.
Device & Canvas
My phone model isn’t listed. What can I do?
On the home screen, use Custom Device to enter back plate dimensions in millimeters and save. Long-press a custom device card to manage or delete it. You can start designing as long as you know the back plate size, even if the official catalog does not list your model yet.
What are the limits for custom device sizes?
Back plate width and height must be greater than 0 mm and no larger than 200×300 mm. Corner radius is 0–50 mm and cannot exceed half of the shorter side. Body geometry is auto-filled but can be adjusted; the back plate must remain fully inside the body outline. See in-app hints on the add-device form for details.
My Designs
Where are my designs stored? How do I delete them?
All designs are stored locally on your iPhone and are not uploaded to Back Pro servers. Open My Designs from the home screen to view, restore, or delete. Deleting a custom device model prompts you to remove associated design records and image assets as well.
Will my designs remain after I uninstall the app?
No. Uninstalling removes local app data. Export important designs as PNG/PDF backups, or keep them in My Designs and avoid uninstalling.
AI Stickers
How do I create AI stickers?
In the editor, tap AI Stickers → “Create AI Sticker from Photo” → choose a photo. Subject detection and cutout run on your iPhone. Generated stickers can be added to the canvas and reused from My Stickers.
What if AI stickers say my device is not supported?
Some older or specific devices may not support on-device AI cutout. You can still add photos, text layers, emoji stickers, and drawing to finish your design. Other editing and export features are unaffected.
What if it says no clear subject was found?
Try a photo with a clearer subject and cleaner background. Cancelled selections, failed processing, and no-subject results do not consume a free AI use.
What happens when my free AI uses run out?
The free version includes 3 successful AI sticker generations. After that, purchase Back Pro Lifetime (com.richeng.backpro.lifetime) for unlimited AI stickers, or continue using non-AI features. Stickers you already created remain available.
Are my photos uploaded for AI processing?
No. AI cutout runs on your device; photos are not sent to Back Pro servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Purchase & Entitlements
Is Lifetime a subscription?
No. Back Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase (product ID: com.richeng.backpro.lifetime) with no auto-renewal. Price is shown in your local App Store currency.
Why does my export have a watermark?
Free exports include a centered Back Pro watermark at the bottom of PNG/PDF files. After unlocking Back Pro Lifetime, exports are watermark-free.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchase. Make sure the Apple ID signed in on your device matches the one used to purchase. Back Pro Lifetime supports Family Sharing under App Store Family Sharing rules.
Restore Purchase found nothing. What should I do?
Confirm you are signed in with the Apple ID used to purchase and try again with a network connection. Family Sharing follows App Store rules. If it still fails, email us with a screenshot of your purchase receipt.
How do I redeem a promo code?
Open the app → Settings → Redeem Code, then enter your App Store offer code to unlock Back Pro Lifetime.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by the Apple App Store. Request a refund through Apple’s official channels. If Apple revokes a purchase, the app may remove the corresponding Lifetime unlock state.
Free vs Lifetime
- Free: full editing, preview, history, and export; 3 successful AI stickers; exports include a watermark.
- Lifetime: unlimited AI stickers, watermark-free export, and future Lifetime features within the same app.
